Delete Data In House

Universal compliance portal for all Market21 marketplace apps. Use this page to request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data. This is the same process available in each app under Settings → Delete My Data.

How deletion works

  1. 1. RequestSubmit your email to identify your account.
  2. 2. VerificationOur in-house AI team confirms your identity via chat or email.
  3. 3. DeletionPersonal data, history, and settings are removed.
  4. 4. RetentionFinancial records are retained for 7 years as required by law.
  5. 5. TimelineMost data is purged within 90 days of request.

Delete My Data

Select your marketplace app and submit your account email. You will receive a confirmation email when your request is received.

Also available in-app

Open any Market21 app → Settings → Delete My Data. You can also email privacy@deletedatainhouse.com with your app name and account email.
